PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a half split body to be molded, butted and joined together, and an intermediate body to be molded as a sequence of steps by combining and butting together a first half split body and a second half split body with which the intermediate body is combined respectively, then again closing both molding tools together to clamp them, and injecting a molten resin into the butting part of both half split bodies. SOLUTION: A mold plate 33 is brought into tight contact with a rotor 13 to clamp the mold, so that the female mold 40E of the mold plate 33 is combined with the female mold 20E of the rotor 13 along the O-J5 line. Consequently, a lower half split body retained on the female mold 40E of the mold plate 33 side is combined with an upper half split body retained, as an intermediate body, on the female mold 20E of the filter and rotor 13 side. A completed product W is obtained by charging a molten resin by injection into an internal passageway with the combined half split bodies. Next, the mold is opened by moving the mold plate 33 backward to the rotor 13 to deliver the completed product W. After that, the molten resin is charged by injection by rotating the rotor 13 60 degrees in the normally rotating direction and a hollow body is obtained every two rotating operations. |
