PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the troublesomeness of cord number input by omitting the identification act of an IC card with a code number in the unlocking of a door provided with a predetermined range with respect to an IC card in which the unlocking of the door is permitted according to the collate result from a prescribed receiver. SOLUTION: An IC card 10 has an identification code stored in an identification code memory part 14, and the same identification code is also stored in the identification code memory part 54 of an identification device 50 paired therewith. A user registers an optional code number in the identification device- side code number memory part 52 of the identification device 50 through an input part 11. The identification device 50 permits the locking and unlocking of a door according to the collate result of the identification code and code number received from the IC card 10 with the stored identification code and code number. With respect to the IC card in which the unlocking of the door is permitted according to the collate result from a receiver on the predetermined side of the door, the identification act of the IC card with the code number is omitted in the unlocking of the door provided within a prescribed range. |
