PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release an operator from complicated calculation by storing data in a memory in the case of any of a normal value and an abnormal value before recalculating an average and a standard deviation including values inputted this time to rewrite and renew the content of a statistic buffer. SOLUTION: A statistic buffer 6 of a memory 2 such as a H/D(hard disk) for storing calculated results of statistics going back to a past specified point in the case of any of a normal value and an abnormal value is provided. In this buffer 6, an average and a standard deviation of the past measured results are stored. Numerical data of measured results inputted by a keyboard 1 are checked by an arithmetic processing unit 4, which searches the statistic buffer 6 and extracts the standard deviation corresponding to the inputted data to perform recalculation including this value, the average, and the standard deviation to rewrite and renew the content of the statistic buffer 6. |
