PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety while making a driver to recognize necessity of preventing instability at an early time by providing a means for applying the braking force of a vehicle in response to a degree of interference of the torque to be applied so as to prevent the generation of instability of operation of a vehicle and the torque to be given for steering by a driver. SOLUTION: During the time of traveling of a vehicle, a steering system and a braking system controllers 50, 60 discriminate existence of necessity of preventing instability of the operation of a vehicle at the time of steering. In the case of YES, an actuator 13 is controlled so as to lower a deviation between the set steering torque and a detected steering torque. And the signal for lowering the deviation between the set braking force and the detected braking force is output to the controller 60. Thereafter, whether a degree of interference between the torque to be applied so as to prevent the generation of instability and the torque to be given for steering by a driver exceeds a threshold value or not is discriminated, and in the case of YES, the signal for applying the braking force of the vehicle in response to the degree of interference and the speed is outputted to the controller 60.
