摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte compound grinding device which is applied for grinding of internal surface of cylindrical part in aluminum hollow extruding section with various external shapes and processes it with high precision. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a workpiece holding device 13 to set an aluminum hollow extruding section W so that its cylindrical core faces to a longitudinal direction, a rotating shaft 4 which is supported in an external tube 3 supported downward at a longitudinal direction and moved freely in vertical so that it can rotate freely, a tool electrode 5 equipped with a grinding wheel facing to a radial direction and attached to the tip of the rotating shaft 4, and a plastic tube 6 which is wound around the circumference of the external tube 3 so that it can be pressurized. The plastic tube 6 is pressurized during grinding, expanded in an opening between the external tube 3 and internal surface of the cylindrical part of the section W or between the external tube 3 and internal surface of a free ring, controls the shaking of the external tube 3 based on the high speed rotation of the rotating shaft 4 and the tool electrode 5, and finally controls the shaking of the tool electrode 5 in the cylindrical part.
