PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MBS based resin less in whitening on bending, excellent in vibration-damping property and also excellent in impact resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) 10-100 wt.%. graft copolymer having grafting ratio of 15-150% obtained by graft polymerizing 90-20 wt.% monomer mixture (a-2) consisting of 30-80 wt.% alkyl ester of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and 70-20 wt.% aromatic vinyl compound and/or vinyl cyanide onto 10-80 wt.%. (solid content) expanded diene rubber latex having weight average particle size of 0.15-2.0μm which is obtained by adding 0.1-20 pts.wt. water soluble acidic substance to 100 pts.wt. small particle size diene rubber latex having weight average particle size of 0.05-0.15μm, and (B) 90-0 wt.% copolymer obtained by polymerizing 30-80 wt.% alkyl ester of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and 70-20 wt.%. aromatic vinyl compound and/or vinyl cyanide and the weight ratio of the expanded diene rubber (a-1) to the composition is 10-40 wt.%.
