PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure to fasten and fix by making coincidence the center of a rotary main shaft with the center of the flange hole of a flange part at a high accuracy, while preventing the rattling between the flange part of a work or a jig and the rotary main shaft of a processing device or the like. SOLUTION: In this fastening structure 1, a flange hole 4 is formed to the flange part 3 of a work or a jig inserted to the rotary main shaft 2 of a processing device or the like, and inclined surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4c inclined in the direction to make the inner diameter of its inner periphery larger gradually are formed in the flange hole 4. The tip of the rotary main shaft 2 is inserted in the flange hole 4, and pins 5a, 5b, and 5c are inserted by one each, to the part where the inner diameter is the largest of the inclined surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4c, between the outer peripheral surface of the rotary main shaft 2, and the inner peripheral surface of the flange hole 4. By rotating the flange part 3 clockwise under such a condition, the pins 5a, 5b, and 5c are moved to the side where the inner diameters of the inclined surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4c are smaller, and the flange part 3 is fastened and fixed to the rotary main shaft 2 through the pins 5a, 5b, and 5c. |
