PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically cook food in a pan by uniformly heating the food in the pan by providing a cooking device for heat-cooking food while the pot is vibrated, which includes a holding part for holding a grip provided on the pan main body in such a manner as to be freely slid, an oscillating means for supporting the other end part of the pan main body in such a manner as to be freely oscillated, and a heating means for heating the pan main body. SOLUTION: In the case of putting food in a pan main body 16 of a pan 15 to be cooked, first a collar 18 of the pan main body 16 in which food is put is externally fitted to a small-diameter bearing part 8a of a rotary shaft and a grip 17 of the pan 15 is placed on a groove part 14a of a roller 14. Subsequently, the rotation of a motor is transmitted to a driving shaft to rotate a turning arm counter-clockwise. Thus, the rotary shaft is rotated counter-clockwise round the driving shaft, so that the food can be uniformly heated by a gas range 2 while continuously stirring by oscillating the tip of the pot main body 16 through the collar 18 to be fried. On pressing the switch of the motor, the food can be automatically cooked so that the other cooking can be performed in the meantime. |
