摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a water cleaner with a high removal ratio even when the temp. and concn. of raw water are widely fluctuated and a large amt. of dissolved oxygen is consumed by detecting the suspended matter concn. in the raw water and the temp. of the raw water and controlling the concn. of the water to be sent to a biological treating device based on the detection results. SOLUTION: When raw water intake is started, the water temp. T and the suspended matter (SS) concn. A in the raw water flowing in a pipeline 8 are measured by a thermometer 9 and a turbidimeter 10. Subsequently, the SS concn. S, at which the maximum removal ratio is attained at the water temp. T, is retrieved from the water temp. T and the characteristic data by a control part 300. Whether the SS concn. A is higher than the SS concn. S or not is then judged, the concn. ratio S/A is calculated when the judgement is not fulfilled, and the bubble injection B to attain the concn. ratio S/A is determined from the data. When the bubble injection B is determined, the corresponding control signal is outputted to a bubbler 13. Consequently, the foamed water regulated to the bubble amt. B is produced, and an overflowing water of the concn. ratio S/A is obtained.
