PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sintered compact forming a continuous pore, having high bond strength and having characteristics such as excellent water retention and water permeability in aggregate or between the aggregates by using a clinker ash having numerous narrow pores and proper particle size as the aggregate and using a prescribed amount of a crystallized glass composition binding these aggregates and to provide its production. SOLUTION: In the particle sintered compact having the narrow pores, the clinker ash having numerous narrow pores is used as the aggregate, and the clinker ash particles are partially bonded by interposing a coated porous crystallized glass composition coated on their at least one part and having an air- permeable pore of order of 10-100μm, and also pore gaps of 100-5000μm are formed between the particles of the bonded clinker ash aggregates.
