PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaged liquid bleaching agent composition free from bulging, or bursting of a container in a long term storage. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition including hydrogen peroxide, a surfactant and a sequestering agent is packaged in a plastic container consisting of one or more layers, and the thickness of the plastic container is 20-500μm and the one or more plastic layers have carbon dioxide transmittance of >=500 cc/cm<2> /24 hr.
