PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support easily and firmly fixable to a handrail of round pipe to facilitate the construction of a handrail and improve the supporting stability. SOLUTION: A support metal fitting 7 is non-circularly fitted onto a connecting bolt 1 for engagingly locking and holding a movable locking piece 4 to the inner surface of a pipe handrail 14, and the support metal fitting 7 is fastened and fixed by a nut 6. The support is formed of the above elements, and a plug 8 in the rear part of the support metal fitting 7 is inserted to the socket of a receiving tool 13 and screwed thereto.
