PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a resin frame assembling article, which is excellent in design properties and develops neither breakage nor deformation due to falling impact and environmental change such as hot and cold cycle or the like by a method wherein a resin frame and functional member are insert-molded by employing a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition as a specified heat resistant ABS resin. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition consists of 5-40 pts.wt. of a maleimide-based copolymer as a component A, 10-70 pts.wt. of a vinyl-based copolymer as a B component, 11-50 pts.wt. of graft copolymer as a component C and 5-40 pts.wt. of a fiber reinforced material as a component D. To the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition, a general manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin composition can be applied. For example, the composition is palletized with a Banbury mixer, a Brabender, a kneading roll, a single screw extruder, a double screw extruder or the like after the respective components are mixed in advance with a blender such as a tumbler, a three-handed mixer, a Henschel mixer or the like. |
