<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding product of a reinforced pulp material, having high safety to the environment and being reusable more than once by adding a nonchlorine-based synthetic resin and a natural resin to a mixed slurry of waste paper and natural fiber, and carrying out a compression molding of the mixed slurry with the added resins. SOLUTION: A pulp slurry obtained by opening a waste paper of corrugated cardboard and pulp wood waste in water is mixed with natural fiber in a mixing ratio (weight ratio) of (30-70):(70-30) and a nonfoaming and water-soluble thermoplastic synthetic resin containing no chlorine is added to the obtained mixed product to provide a mixture. One or more natural resins selected from the group of a tannin, a lignin(sulfonic acid) a rosin and abietic acid is added to and kneaded with the obtained mixture, and the added and kneaded product is dehydrated to provide a clayey material. The obtained clayey material is packed in a formwork and the packed clayey material is subjected to a pressure forming. The formed product is taken out from the framework, and dried and solidified to provide the objective molding product of a reinforced pulp material, in the method for producing the molding product of the reinforced pulp material.</p> |
