PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the blow-moldability and mechanical characteristics, especially rigidity and environmental stress crack resistance of a blow-molded body by a method wherein specified amounts of two kinds of specified ethylene- based polymers are mixed together. SOLUTION: This blow-molded body consists of 90-30 pts.wt. of an ethylene- based polymer A and 10-70 pts.wt. of a polymer B, which is polymerized by means of an organic metal compound-assembled chromium compound carrying catalyst. The polymer A consists of 30-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene-based polymer a1 and 70-30 pts.wt. of an ethylene-based polymer a2. In the polymer a1, its density (d) is 0.950-0.985 g/cm<3> , its Mw is 5,000-100,000, and its Mw/Mn satisfies the formula I. In the polymer a2, its (d) is 0.910-0.950 g/cm<3> , its Mw is 110,000-1,500,000, and its Mw/Mn satisfies the formula I and the Mw/Mn of the polymer a2 is larger than that of the polymer a1. In a liquating temperature Ti/ deg.C and the constant A of the maximum molecular weight of a liquating component representing by the formula II, the constant A satisfies the formula III. In the polymer B, its (d) is 0.945-0.975 g/cm<3> , its Mw is 50,000-500,000 and its Mw/Mn is 10-25 and its die swell value is 50-90 g/20 cm. |
