PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a control signal by precisely arranging light receiving/emitting elements and optical parts in a package. SOLUTION: An optical head is provided with the light emitting element 12, a first prism 16 having a grating 21, a second prism 17 having first to third surfaces and joining with the first prism 16 through a translucent film 20 and first, second light receiving elements 14, 15 light receiving return light from an optical disk. This return light is made incident on the first prism 16, and transmits through the translucent film 20, and is made incident on the second surface 17b of the second prism 17, and a part of it transmits through the second surface 17b to be light received by the first light receiving element 14. The rest is reflected by the second surface 17b, and is reflected sequentially by the first surface 17a and the third surface 17c, and transmits again through the second surface 17a to be light received by the second light receiving element 15. |
