PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of heat resistance of a film while preventing composition change of a film material even for high temperature in lighting a lamp by using a film necessarily containing Al2 O3 and SiO2 in a specified quantity or more and containing at least one of Fe2 O3 , Na2 O, CaO, MgO and TiO2 . SOLUTION: One surface of a glass board 1 of a reflecting plate for halogen lamp is formed with a recessed surface 2 of a rotating parbolid. A halogen lamp 3 is attached to a central part of the recessed part 2, and a multilayered film 4 is provided on the recessed surface 2, and a protecting film 5 necessarily containing Al2 O3 and SiO2 is formed on the multilayered film 4 so as to form a reflecting body 6. In this case, visible light emitted from the halogen lamp 3 is reflected by the multilayered film 4, and the heat ray transmits the reflecting body 6. Total quantity of Al2 O3 and SiO2 in the protecting film 5 is set >=95% to improve the film density and heat resistance of the protecting film 5. |
