The rotating part (2) is fitted on one end (14) of a motor shaft, the other end of which is covered by a protective cover (15). The cover is made so that it is deformable in the shaft axial direction. A mandrel (18) for taking up the contact force of the cover is pressed against the cover until it is supported on the other end (13) of the shaft. The rotating part is then fitted on the shaft by being supported on the mandrel by means of the cover.
