PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the heat load enough to make the system adaptable also to an air conditioner load of a low sensible-heat factor by suppressing the heat quantity for cooling a process air at a sensible heat exchanger before the air to be a low heat source for regenerating a dehumidifying desiccant reaches a low heat source heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A heat pump 200 to be a heat source is composed of a vapor compression type heat pump. A compressor 260, low heat source heat exchanger (evaporator) 115, high heat source heat exchanger (compressor)120 and expansion valve 270 form a vapor compression type refrigerating cycle which exchanges heat with a process air after the wet vapor of a low-pressure coolant passes through a desiccant 103 in the evaporator 115 and with the regenerated air before the wet vapor of the high-pressure coolant passes through the desiccant 103 in the condenser 120. The heat quantity for cooling the process air to be a low heat source for regenerating the desiccant by the sensible-heat exchanger before reaching the low heat source heat exchanger 115 is adjusted to ensure the heat load in this exchanger 115 enough to make the system adaptable also to an air conditioner load of a low sensible-heat factor. |
