PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of use, and miniaturize a device by continuously selecting a closing position, an opening position, a circuit breaking position and a grounding position with one operation during the time when a movable conductor is moved from a fixing conductor to a grounding conductor. SOLUTION: A movable conductor 19 connected to a load side conductor 41 connected to an operating mechanism unit 38 is turned in the vertical direction around a main shaft 35 as support point and stopped at four positions. Namely, an ON position for contact with a fixed contact 16A connected to a bus bar side conductor 23A and an OFF position turned downside for cutoff of current are prevent. Furthermore, a circuit-breaking position turned downside with a sufficient insulating distance and a grounding position turned downside for contact with a grounding conductor 17 are provided. Each position can be continuously selected by one operation during the time when the movable conductor 19 is turned from the fixing contact 16A to the grounding conductor 17. An arc extinguishing device 18 is arranged in an arc discharging direction generated between the movable contact 19A and the fixed contact 16A. |
