DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SIMULATING MULTIPLE NODES ON SINGLE MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for simulating the multiple clusters of independent computer nodes in a single machine. SOLUTION: The cluster contains one or plural computer nodes 102 which are mutually connected by a communication link. A user can simulate the clusters of n-nodes 102a-102n by generating n-pieces of user level procedures. The respective user level procedures show the kernels of the respective nodes 102a-102n. An additional function for permitting the user to practice the operation of an arbitrary and intended function in the arbitrary node in the arbitrary cluster is provided.
