PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an international cash card of both domestic and overseas use for quickly operating a counting processing at the time of exchanging a telegraphic message by eliminating number exchange between a bank account number and a card membership number. SOLUTION: This is an international cash card of both domestic and overseas use whose surface magnetic tape has a bank account number in domestic specification and whose back face magnetic tape has a bank account number in international specification. A deposit account number is inscribed in the card membership number without setting the bank account number and the card membership number is different number bands. More specifically, the card membership number is constituted of a fixed number (5 digits) specific to a bank, a bank branch office number (3 digits), an account number (7 digits), and a check digit (inspection numeric value) (1 digit). One part of the account number is sued for expressing the number of times of card re-issue. On the other hand, the bank account number is constituted of a bank branch office number, subject, and account number so that the same card and the same account system can be obtained. |
