PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a clamper to completely fix a wire in a coated wire after bonding and to satisfactorily cut the coated wire pressed to an inner lead by providing insulating coat films on the surface of the wire in a stripe form. SOLUTION: In the coated wire 1, the wire 1b is coated with insulating coat films 1a. In the insulating coat film 1a, the center of the wire 1b is set to be a symmetrical point, the symmetrical positions of the insulating coat films 1a are the insulating coat films 1a and the symmetrical positions of exposed parts 1c in the wire 1b are set to become the exposed parts 1c of the wire 1b. The area of the surface of the wire 1b is divided from the center of the wire 1b and the respective divided areas are alternately set to be the exposed parts of the insulating coat films 1a and the wire 1b. Thus, the stripe form where the insulating coat films 1a and the wire 1b alternately exists is obtained. At the time of sandwiching the coated wire with the clamper, not only the insulating coat films 1a but also the wire 1b can directly be sandwiched and a shift between the insulating coat films and the wire can be prevented. |
