PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inputting microwave and light to a conductive piping. SOLUTION: A microwave short circuit termination plate 5 is provided between an opening end part 2a of a conductive piping 2 and a cylindrical pipe 3, and an electromagnetic wave absorber 4 is fitted at the inner wall surface of the cylindrical pipe 3. Respective cross-shaped plate members 5b, 5c and a through the 5a with a fan-shaped cross-section are formed at the short circuit termination plate 5 consisting of a conductor. Coaxial connectors 8, 9 are fitted to the piping 2, and probes 8a, 9a consisting of their central conductors are protruded from the inner wall surface of the piping 2. The plate member 5b is disposed so as to be in the same axial plane as the probe 8a, and the plate member 5c is disposed so as to be in the same axial plane as the probe 9a. A reflector 7 serving as a concave mirror is fitted so that its concave side may be directed to the cylindrical pipe 3 side, and a light source 6 mounted on the reflective axis of the reflector 7 consists of light emitting diodes. |
