PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a semiconductor laser and collimator lens adjustable for a coarse adjustable arm by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: When two thin rod-like rail members 205 are provided on a fixing member 210 for mounting a semiconductor laser and the lens frame 204 of a collimator lens is freely slidably mounted on the rail members 205, both optical axes of the semiconductor laser and the collimator lens are made coincident, both ends of a spring member 206 interposing the lens frame 204 are restrained by a rail member 210 and the lens frame 204 is fixed to the semiconductor laser. |
