<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a flicker phenomenon due to the signal delay of gate voltage and to conquer the nonuniformity of picture quality generated due to the signal delay of data voltage. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes 1st and 2nd substrates, a gate driving part and a data driving part. Plural gate lines, plural data lines insulated from these gate lines but intersecting with them, plural thin film transistors(TFTs) having gate electrodes connected to the gate lines and source electrodes connected to the data lines, and pixel electrodes respectively connected to the drain electrodes of the TFTs are formed on the 1st substrate. A gate driving part 290 impresses gate voltage for turning on/off the TFTs to respective gate lines. A data driving part 280 impresses data voltage expressing a picture signal to respective data lines. Common voltage having mutually different values in accordance with positions is impressed to each common electrode.</p> |
