<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a clear digital gradation display by inputting a reference voltage value repeated at a fixed period not an analog value from a controller side as a signal and controlling the timing connecting its reference signal to a TFT with a digital value. SOLUTION: An N channel thin film transistor and a P channel thin film transistor are provided on a crossing part between a first signal line 3 and a second signal line 4. In such a case, the NTFT 13 is connected to the second signal line 4 through a contact of an input terminal of a drain 10, and a gate 9 is connected to the first signal line 3. Further, an output terminal of a source 12 is connected to a pixel electrode 17 through the contact. Then, the reference voltage value repeated an the fixed period not the analog value is inputted from the controller side as the signal, and the timing connecting its reference signal to the TFT is controlled by the digital value, and the voltage applied to the TFT is controlled, and dispersion in the characteristic of the TFT is covered.</p> |
