PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deflection of a film surface and the winding loosening of a reel at the time of feeding and stopping the developed still photograph film of a long length. SOLUTION: By brake arms 291 and 292 appropriately turned by the cam surfaces 285 and 286 of a groove cam 283, soft breaks are simultaneously applied to a feed reel 209 and a winding reel 204 at the time of feeding the film 201. Thus, the film is provided with appropriate tension and the deflection of the film surface and the winding loosening of the reel are prevented. Also, at the time of stopping the feed of the film in the state of loading the film 201 between the feed reel 209 and the winding reel 204, full brakes are applied to the supply reel 209 and the winding reel 204 and the deflection of the film surface and the winding loosening of the reel are prevented from being generated while the film is stopped. |
