PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make comfortableness compatible with energy saving performance by a method wherein it is decided and predicted whether comfortableness or energy saving performance is required by each room and each time or energy saving performance is required according to a change of the present or absent state of each room in a building. SOLUTION: An individual room air-conditioning controller comprises a detecting by person means 2 to detect the absence of a person in each room; a detecting means 3 by room to detect indoor environment by each room; an outdoor environment detecting means 4 to detect outdoor environment; a person-presence set temperature input means 5 to input a set temperature when an air-conditioning user is present classified by a room; and a control means 7 at set a set temperature for each room, where a person is present, to each presence room set temperature, inputted by the presence set temperature input means 5 for each presence detecting room, by an output of a detecting by person means 2, and set a set temperature for each room where the absence is detected to an absence room temperature to a given absence room set temperature, based on the output of each indoor environment detecting means 3 for a room where a person is absent when a person is absent at a part of rooms, and set the set temperature to a given absence set temperature based on the output of the outdoor environment detecting means 4 when a person is absent at all rooms. |
