PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carrier for developing an electrostatic charge image excellent in durability and a developer using the carrier and to provide a developing method. SOLUTION: A core material is coated with a resin contg. a polymer obtd. from at least a monomer represented by the formula and a vinyl monomer to obtain the objective resin coated carrier for developing an electrostatic charge image.
