PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an interval from one photographing to succeeding photographing by storing tentatively image data to a buffer memory till image data by a desired number are obtained so as to eliminate the need for retrieval of idle clusters and for forming of a link. SOLUTION: In the consecutive shoot mode, photographing is executed ten times according to depression of a shutter button 38. Image data obtained by respective shots are compressed according to the JPEG format, and the compressed data are tentatively stored in a buffer area consisting of clusters of a memory card 34. When the photographing by ten times is finished, compressed data by 10 shots stored in the buffer areas are written in a data area in the memory card 34 according to the MS-DOS format and a ink is formed between related clusters at the same time. |
