PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation by connecting a coil for suppressing spurious between the output side of an inverted amplifier and a piezoelectric element thereby suppressing spurious. SOLUTION: A coil 25 for suppressing spurious is connected between the output side of an inverted amplifier 6 and a piezoelectric element 3. Since a pulse signal generated from a gate circuit 8a, 8b, 7 has rectangular waveform, spurious incident to the harmonic of oscillation frequency is included and since the gate circuit 8a, 8b, 7 is an inverted output circuit, spurious incident to switching noise at the time of output inversion is also included. But the coil 25 suppresses these spurious components thus stabilizing the operation.
