摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an optimum phase setting value by automatically checking a range of transmission available clock timings in the signal transmission system. SOLUTION: A 1st device 1 is provided with a 1st test data generating circuit 21 that produces test data, and a 2nd device 2 is provided with a phase adjustment means 27 that selects the timing of a clock signal of a register 28 of an input stage receiving the test data sent via a cable 3 from the 1st device 1 among plural timing signals and with a 1st test communication 30 that includes a 2nd test data generating circuit 36 identical to the 1st test data generating circuit 21, delays the test data outputted from the 2nd test data generating circuit 31, compares the test data from the 1st test data generating circuit 21 with the test data from the 2nd test data generating circuit 31 and latches the result of comparison.
