PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the piezo electric transducer forming an integral surrounding chips, which can undergo compact configuration and is mounted efficiently on a circuit board. SOLUTION: A piezo electric transducer substrate 12 wherein a specified circuit pattern is formed is provided. On the piezo electric transducer substrate 12, a piezo electric transducer element 14 is attached. A case 16 which covers the piezo electric transducer substrate 12 and the piezo electric transducer element 14 is provided. At the case 16, a lead terminal 18 which is connected to the piezo electric transducer 14 is provided in a pattern protruding to the outside. At the specified positions of the circuit pattern provided at the piezo electric substrate 12, surrounding chips 20 such as resistors connected to the piezo electric transducer element 12 are provided. |
