PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier to perform humidification without needing supply of moisture by using an electronic cooling element. SOLUTION: This humidifying device comprises an indoor suction port 1; a blower 2; an electronic cooling element 4; an air circuit switching element 5; an indoor air outlet 7; and an outdoor air outlet 8. A control means 9 is provided to switch an air circuit by the air circuit switching means 5 such that the indoor suction port 1, the heat absorbing surface side of the electronic cooling element 4, and an outdoor air outlet 8 are communicated together, normal electrical continuity to the electronic cooling element 4 and inversion electrical continuity are alternately switched, and the indoor suction port 1, the heating surface of the electronic cooling element 4, and the indoor air outlet 7 are communicated together in linkage with electrical continuity switching operation. This constitution performs waterless humidification by repeating operation wherein air discharged from the inside of a room to the outside of a room is brought into contact with the electronic cooling element 4 and after a moisture in exhaust air is adhered thereto, vapor is radiated. |
