PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert only Chinese characters learned by a student in class according to the learning situation of the student in an automatic or simple operation at the time of operating text input, and to correct an already prepared text document into a document constituted of only the Chinese characters learned by the student in class according to the learning situation of the student in the education job site of school. SOLUTION: This document processor decides a conversion mode for selecting whether general Chinese character conversion should be operated together or only conversion corresponding to the grade should be operated, and an objective grade for indicating which grade should be the object of the Chinese character conversion by referring to a condition setting table 4. Then, an inputted reading column is converted into Chinese characters by refering to a Chinese character dictionary 5, and Chinese character candidates are extracted according to the grade and learning month set in a learning information table. That is, based on the 'objective grade' decided by referring to the condition setting table, only the Chinese characters matched with the condition are extracted as the Chinese character candidates by referring to the grade set in the retrieved Chinese characters. |
