<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flow-meter, allowing a large-aperture flow passage to be equipped, without increasing the entire size thereof. SOLUTION: The meter comprises a sensor unit 8 having a microflow-sensor chip 9 and sensor chip fixing board 11, body 1 having a flow passage 2 and sensor mounting hole 7, and bracket 14 having a main body fixing board 14a, protrudent board 14c and sensor fixing board 14d. This allows a large-aperture flow passage 2 to be equipped, relative to the body 1 size, without increasing the entire size of the meter.</p> |
