PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device to increase a heat insulation effect and reduce the generation of noise by covering the whole of a heat-exchange element and a fan motor part with foamed styrol. SOLUTION: A heat-exchange element 8 comprises a heat-exchange element structure 11 formed by surrounding with foamed styrol; a structure 14 on the fan side for gas discharge such that a casing part 12 for a fan 5 for exhaust is formed; and a structure 17 on the fan side for air supply formed by surrounding it with foamed styrol in a manner to form a casing part 15 for a fan 6 for air supply. A fan motor 7 is incorporated in the structures and contained in a body 4 and by forming gas discharge passage 26 and an air supply passage 27, a ventilating device to increase a heat insulation effect and reduce the generation of noise is provided. |
