PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working ability for a ceiling material constructed on a ceiling surface when arrangement of a ventilating device, in the ventilating device arranged at the back of a ceiling. SOLUTION: An exhaust air intake 1 is formed in an under surface, a fan motor 7 and a heat-exchange element 8 are arranged at an internal part. Frame- form slide frames 14 arranged at four flanks of which flange parts 13 on the slide frame side are elevatably arranged at a frame part 12 in which an exhaust air intake 1 for a body 4 suspended from a suspension means, not shown, arranged in the ceiling is formed. By supporting the edges of ceiling materials 19, constructed at the periphery of the frame part 12, at the flange parts 13 on the slide frame side, there is no need to execute a work for a wooden frame and a ceiling joist and the execution of a work for a ceiling material 19 is practicable to improve work executing ability. |
