PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which the amount of projection is suppressed, a feeling of uncomfortableness is eliminated when one wears it, and flexibility of design is enhanced. SOLUTION: A wrist watch 10 has a watch proper 11, and a clocking mechanism and the like are incorporated in a watch case 12 of the watch proper 11. The watch case 12 has a display window part 12a formed on its upper surface and bow parts 12b, 12c formed on its both end parts and biased toward its back surface. One band 13 is engagingly attached to one bow part 12b while and interposed member 14 is engagingly attached to the other bow part 12c. A pre-bow part 14c and the other band 15 are provided extending from and integral with lower parts of confronting side surfaces 14a, 14b, respectively, of the interposed member 14. An incoming-call detecting/alerting device 50 is housed/disposed in the interposed member 14 and an on-off switch 39 of the incoming-call detecing/alerting device 50 projects from its slit 14d to the exterior. |
