PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give the notice of supply information on a correction object against a computer which a user purchases and software operating on the computer to the computer of the user. SOLUTION: The computer 100 collects information on plural pieces of hardware which constitute the computer itself and information of software installed in it itself as system configuration information and transmits them to a computer 200. The computer 200 transmits information on the correction object against at least one of plural pieces of hardware corresponding to system configuration information transmitted from the computer 100 and information on the correction object against at least one of plural pieces of software corresponding to system configuration information to the computer 100. The computer 100 receives information of the correction object transmitted from the computer 200 and displays them in a list on an input/output device 101.
