PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of making the printing processing of read information sent from an image information reader or the like such as an image scanner or the like interrupt even in the middle of executing a normal printing processing and preferentially processing it. SOLUTION: Relating to this printer 100 respectively connected to a personal computer (PC) 40 and the image scanner 50 for performing the printing processing by receiving printing information from the PC 40 and also performing the printing processing by receiving the read information from the image scanner 50, in the case of receiving the printing information from the PC 40 and receiving the read information from the image scanner 50 while executing the printing processing, by reception detection signals from a reception detection part 112, a printing job processing part 110 tentatively interrupts the printing processing of the printing information from the PC 40, performs the printing processing of the read information and then, restarts the printing processing of the printing information. |
