PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for scanning plural photographs and a method for judging the photograph which is copy-protected. SOLUTION: The method for detecting a copy regulation document is provided. The method is provided with a stage 10 where at least one photograph is placed on a scanner platen, a stage 20 where low resolution scanning is executed for generating a low resolution picture, a stage 30 where the inclined angle and the position of the photograph are decided, a stage 45 where the photograph is scanned again with high resolution for generating the high resolution picture and the inclination of the high resolution picture is given, a stage 50 where the existence of more than one micro dots in the high resolution picture is recognized and a stage 55 where the use of the high resolution picture is inhibited when the micro dots are detected. |
