PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of effectively preventing the leakage of magnetic toner from the end in the longitudinal direction of a developing roller even in the case of using a magnetic sealing member so as to prevent the leakage of the magnetic toner from the end in the longitudinal direction of the developing roller, and also to provide a process cartridge equipped therewith and an image forming device equipped therewith.
