PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fond out to whom a telephone number belongs by retrieving a name that corresponds to a telephone number that is received as message information from a data bank storing means and displaying the retrieved name, together with the telephone number. SOLUTION: A CPU 18 decides whether or not a receiving flag of a receiving flag register 17 is in the process of an operation. If it is in the process of an operation, message data received from the CPU 18 is read from a receiving buffer 16 and written in a message memory 19. Next, the retrieval of a data bank memory 25 is performed, and it is decided whether or not there is matching with a telephone number which has been written in the memory 19. When there is a match, the name and the telephone number which are retrieved from the memory 25 are sent to a display memory 23 and are shown, after sending data in the memory 23 to be in standby memory 26b to be at standby and protected. After confirmation, data which is has been on standby and is in the middle of calculation is returned to the memory 23. |
