PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stably a control with good responsiveness under an optimum condition for an air conditioner, save energy and reduce running cost when each temperature and humidity adjuster of the air conditioner for adjusting outside air to prescribed temperature and humidity is feed-back controlled. SOLUTION: It is decided which area of control areas A1 to A10 of a control map M an outside air state point belongs to based on a control area decision program PA. Then, based on an expected line setting program PJ, necessary lines of a main heat operating line, an adiabatic humidification operating line, a cool operating line, an auxiliary heat operating line and an isothermal humidification operating line are connected together in the order described above from the outside air state point to target temperature and humidity in accordance with the control area A1 to A10 to which the outside air state point belongs so that a state change expected line is set. Then, based on the state change expected line, the end temperature of each operating line is set as the target outlet temperature/humidity of a main heater H, an adiabatic humidifier W, a cooler C, an auxiliary heater RH and an isothermal humidifier DS and respective temperature and humidity adjusters 4... are feed-back controlled by respective capacity controllers Y1 to Y5 . |
