PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a disadvantage that a connector cannot be engaged perfectly in the mechanism for inserting or removing units of recording device and circuit substrate or the like without turning OFF the power switch of electronic device. SOLUTION: An inserting/removing unit 2 having a connector 2a on an inserting/removing unit, an inserting/removing lever 8 and an accessory plate 3 having a fixing screw 6 to rack are isolated via a buffer member 5. Due to fluctuation of sizes of these members, a gap A between the inserting/removing unit and accessory plate of front surface is provided to absorb insufficient amount of engagementαof connector between the connector 9a on a relay circuit substrate 9 and the connector 2a on the inserting/removing unit.
