<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method which embodies high-grade images having excellent fine line reproducibility and gradation characteristics, does not flaw and contaminate members, such as developer carriers, by toners, satisfies fixability and offset resistance at a high degree. SOLUTION: This image forming method has a stage for forming a layer of a developer on the developer carrier facing an electrostatic latent image carrier and developing the electrostatic latent image deposited on the electrostatic latent image carrier by the developer on the developer carrier. The developer carrier has at least a substrate and a coating layer coating the substrate. The coating layer contains at least a binder resin, conductive spherical particles dispersed into the binder resin and a nitrogenous heterocyclic compd. The developer has the toners of 0.5 to 35 g/10 min in melt index MI125 (125 deg.C, 5 kg load).</p> |
