PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data capacity of reference data used for selection processing of a channel by simplifying the processing for selecting the channel of an optimum communication enterprise based on the telephone number data input. SOLUTION: A CPU 2-1 detects a toll station number or a communication enterprise access number in telephone number data which have been entered from an operation section 2-2 by referencing detection table data, including a toll station number or a communication enterprise access number for detection, a conversion instruction command instructing a conversion processing method for a telephone number and a communication enterprise access code in a DRAM 2-7. When a part of the entered telephone numbers is included in the data of the detection table, the entered telephone number data are converted in accordance with the conversion instruction command of data corresponding to the detection table, and the converted telephone number data are dialed.
