PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency efficiency of a radio channel by matching a phase of a radio frame of its own digital cordless system with that of other digital cordless system. SOLUTION: A TDMA control section A202 for a mobile station PS discriminates whether or not radio interference from other radio base stations is present to a radio base station 12 that is exposed to radio interference from a radio base station of other digital cordless system. When the TDMA control section A202 for a mobile station PS discriminates the presence of radio interference from the other radio base station, a phase of its radio frame is matched with a phase of a radio frame of other radio base station whose effect of radio interference is discriminated to be highest. Phase difference information discriminated to have the highest radio interference effect is sent to a master set, and a phase of a radio frame sent from the master set to the radio base station 12 is matched with the radio frame of the other radio base station based on the phase difference information.
